• Bookings – name, e-mail, phone, country, optionally company details: to perform the accommodation contract.
• Guests – name, date of birth, citizenship, address, document number, visa number for foreigners: legal obligations (guest register, reporting of foreigners to the police).
• Enquiries – name and contact details: to answer your enquiry.
• Marketing e-mails – only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

The guest register is kept for 6 years, accounting documents as required by law; other data are anonymised after your booking is settled. We share data only with the Czech Police (foreigners), the municipality (tourist tax), the payment gateway provider and our hosting/e-mail providers. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection; contact us by e-mail. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
